STOP Harmful Habits, Harmful Foods & Harmful Drinks

  1. Harmful Habits:
    • Smoking
    • Alcohol
    • Drugs and Destructive Medications
    • Non-beneficial Remedies and Treatments
  2. Harmful Foods:
    • Pork – unclean, not fit for good health, full of toxins, carcinogens, allergens, parasites, etc.
    • Seafood including shrimp, crabs, lobster, shells (tahong, talaba, oysters, suso, etc.). These foods are high in allergens, toxins, cholesterol and carcinogens.
    • Soy products – tofu, gluten, tokwa, soy beans.
    • Dairy products – cheeses, yogurt, etc. They carry allergens, toxins, hormones, carcinogens and pathogenic bacteria and viruses.
    • Wheat, Barley (barley green drink), Gluten. These are detrimental to the digestive system causing bloating, irritable bowel, leaky gut, and other bowel discomfort.
    • Animal fat, blood, organs, brain, and intestines. These increase cholesterol, fat, and the risk for stroke, heart attack, cancer, gout, arthritis .
    • MSG – monosodium glutamate
  3. Harmful Drinks
    • Caffeine and caffeinated drinks:
      • Coffee – Columbian, Arabica, Barako, Starbucks coffee and other caffeinated drinks
      • Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, etc.
      • Tea – Lipton, Black Tea
    • Milk
    • Soy milk
  4. Harmful Cooking Oil – These oils cause inflammation in the human body.
    • Canola oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, corn oil, lard and animal fat
    • Important Note: Coconut oil is the best oil to use in cooking. Olive oil is good and the best for salads. Don’t use for cooking!
